Returns, Exchanges and Warranty

RETURNS: 

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our products purchased directly from babyadesigns.com.  Call us or email us to process the return.

EXCHANGES: 

Exchanges for a different size or color will be accepted for unused products purchased within the past 90 days.  We understand that a lot of our products might be purchased for baby showers, so we will be accommodating as we can be.  All product labeling must still be intact and returned in original packaging.  Once we receive the item back, we will inspect it within 3 business days and once we confirm the product has been unused, we will ship out your replacement product. 

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping charges. However, if you are exchanging your item, we will re-ship your new item, within the U.S., via standard rate shipping at no additional charge to you.

WARRANTY: 

Our products are first and foremost designed to safely carry your little one. In addition, we want you to be able to carry your little one around in a way that is comfortable for them and for you.  With this as our goal, we use materials and workmanship to create products that you can wear for years to come.  

We provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from purchase date. We will provide a replacement product at our discretion for any manufacturing defect in these products.

A manufacturing defect exists if the product departs from its intended design. Defective materials (buckles, straps, fabrics, etc.) or workmanship (stitching, seams, construction, etc.) are covered by warranties.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage, misuse, or negligence.  Only original, unaltered, and unmodified items and workmanship are covered.

Applicable products eligible for this warranty are covered only as to the original owner, product must be purchased from an authorized reseller, and must be returned to Baby A Designs along with proof of purchase for an evaluation.

All unused products returned or exchanged that have all of the labeling attached and is in its original packaging will be donated to foster parents with little ones and women’s shelters so please leave labeling intact and keep the original packaging until you know you want to keep it.  That way, if you do return or exchange it, it will still be a new product and we can inspect it and as long as it passes our inspection, we can donate it.  We do not resell any products that are returned.
